1. Note: This card may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. No change will be given, but the balance will remain on the card. Gift cards are valid for 24 months, after which they expire and cannot be extended, any balance remaining will be deducted. Champneys cannot be held liable for cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged. Champneys is not responsible for any unauthorised use of these cards. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. Champneys reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time if Champneys considers it is reasonable and necessary in all the circumstances to do so.
